With over ten years experience in starting, managing and growing businesses, Mr. Hicks' areas of expertise are the technology and service sectors.Prior to joining ASPECT Business Solutions, Mr. Hicks was employed at BioLynx, Inc., the clear industry leader in biometric time and attendance data collection.Joining in the development stage of the company as President in the year 2000, he was able to lead the company to multi million dollar sales to customers representing over 50 different industries.In 2002, he took the company international by opening of BioLynx Monterrey, Mexico office.The BioLynx solution collects data through different technologies including biometrics, card swipe, PDAs, and any web-enabled PC.The Data is then accessed through BioLynx patent pending Application Service Provider Software.

Prior to his tenure with BioLynx, Mr. Hicks co-founded ATX Technologies, the leading independent provider of telematics services for the automotive industry serving markets in both North America and Western Europe.ATX Technologies maintains strategic relationships with some of the leading manufacturers of automobiles in the world, including, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Rolls-Royce, Maybach, Jaguar, Lincoln, and Peugeot.During his association with ATX Technologies, Mr. Hicks was extensively involved in the day-to-day operations and developing new and innovative sales and distribution channels.In addition to being a co-founder of ATX Technologies, he heldpositions including national sales manager , director of competitive
