Justin Hicks, President Justin Hicks worked as a mechanic in an engine accessory shop beginning in 1989 and then in 1993, he obtained his A&P license.That same year, he went into business as a partner in another engine accessory shop.In 1999, he started Quality Aircraft Accessories and has been growing the company's ability to serve the general aviation market ever since.QAA's goal to take care of both its customers and employees in a manner over and above what is expected in the industry remains the primary goal of the company.

In 2004, Justin's wife, Lorie, answered Justin's plea to "come in and help us file one day a week" which, of course, turned into full time assistance in sales and management of the company in no time.Lorie has owned advertising agencies and written a book on time managment, Ample Time, available on Amazon.com.In 1996, Lorie was chosen as the Metropolitan Tulsa Chamber of Commerce Young Entrepreneur of the Year and traveled the world extensively as a goodwill ambassador in a youth program in 1991.Lorie assists Justin in managing the office, sales and working with domestic and international customers.
