  Dallas GM Billy Hicks will be leaving the Burn later this month to become the Vice-President of Administration for the XFL, the new spring football league being started up by the World Wrestling Federation.This will be the third start-up league that Hicks has helped found.The others are the World League of American Football (now NFL Europe), as well as MLS.
