Brad Hickok, a life long resident of the Des Moines area has been in the commercial real estate business for over 16 years.As the Senior Property Manager for Iowa Realty Commercial, Brad has been responsible for the management of over 1,000,000 square feet of commercial and industrial properties.Working with institutional investors such as MetLife, Teacher's Assurance and Annuity Corporation, CUNA Mutual Investment Corporation, Time Equities, Inc. and United Properties, Brad has exhibited the knowledge and skill necessary to meet the goals and objectives of the owners he represents.
Brad was awarded the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 2001.In addition to this designation, Brad has served on various IREM committees and has been the Treasurer of the Iowa Chapter for the past three years.Brad is also involved with the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) as well as the Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association.
Brad's understanding of the local market along with his professional approach to property management servicing and tenant retention, have allowed Iowa Realty Commercial to continue to grow their property management business while maintaining the highest standards of professional achievement.It is Brad's philosophy that enhancing the value of the client's assets is the number one priority in servicing the needs of the owners that he works for.
Today, Brad is the Property Services Manager for Iowa Realty Commercial and Iowa Realty and their affiliates.He is currently managing over 800,000 square feet of third party owned property, as well as overseeing the facility operations of the 18 Iowa Realty and First Realty residential sales offices in the central Iowa area.
