  Bart G. Hess has over twenty years of senior management experience in both the government and private sectors.Served four U.S. Secretaries of Labor over nine years and was the Secretary of Labor's Regional Representative for the Western United States for six years.
  
  During his four years at McDonnell Douglas Corporation, he worked in the areas of economic development and government relations throughout the United States.
  
  For six years he operated a consulting firm involved in economic development and government relation issues.
  
  His volunteer work includes operating a non-profit focused on literacy for fourteen years and a coach and executive board member in the American Youth Soccer Organization for five years.Mr. Hess attended the University of Washington on a basketball scholarship and later played professionally in Europe.While at the University of Washington, Mr. Hess received a BA in Speech Communications.
