Al Hertz

Al Hertz joined the New Jersey office of Carter/MacKay in 1987 as an Account Executive to recruit sales, sales management and marketing positions with the objective of developing the Southeastern United States healthcare marketplace.In 1990, his responsibilities were expanded to include the opening and management of the North Carolina office.Prior to joining Carter/MacKay, Mr. Hertz was employed as a Sales Representative for Becton Dickinson from 1985 until 1987 and Pitney Bowes from 1984 until 1985.He is a graduate of the City University of New York, Queens College, where he received his BA with Honors in Psychology in 1984.Mr. Hertz currently resides in the suburban Raleigh area with his wife and two children.
