Mary Henderson

Mary ("Mimi") Henderson, President and Managing Director of Public Finance, has spent nearly two decades in the municipal securities industry.Her specific experience includes financial operations, fixed-income bond trading, municipal underwriting, and public finance in various regional investment banking firms in California since 1982.She has managed over 200 municipal bond underwritings, totaling nearly $23 billion.Her clients include the State of California, Sonoma County, California Statewide Community Development Authority, San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District, East Bay Municipal Utilities District, City of Napa, and the Port of Oakland.

Ms. Henderson holds Bachelors of Administration in both Economics and Environmental Studies from the University of Santa Barbara.

Licenses and registrations she holds with the National Association of Securities Dealers include Municipal Securities Principal (Series 53), Financial and Operations Principal (Series 27), Municipal Securities Representative (Series 52), General Securities Representative (Series 7), and the State Agent Exam (Series 63).
