WAYNE, Pa., April 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Precyse Solutions, the leader in driving peak performance within Health Information Management (HIM) departments, today announced the appointment of Karen Heisler as Corporate Vice President of Human Resources.She joins Precyse from Pegasus Communications where she served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Administration.With over 25 years of human resources experience including 15 years of healthcare experience, Karen is an expert in her discipline.
At Precyse, Karen will assume a senior-leadership role where she will provide strategic direction for the human resources function.She will oversee all recruiting, benefits and compensation administration, employee relations and employee development for the 1,200 employee company.

Karen spent her first two years in the healthcare field working at Hospital in Philadelphia, PA, followed by thirteen years at Episcopal Hospital.From there, she joined Comcast Cellular Communications as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and eventually transitioned to Comcast Cable Communications where she became Vice President of Learning and Development and helped to launch Comcast University.Karen left Comcast to join Pegasus Communications where she spent five years as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Administration.She holds a Master's Degree in Management from and a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from .
