Heather Heise studied piano at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music and at Mills College, where she is completing an M.A. in performance.In addition to teaching piano through Piedmont Adult School, she accompanies at the Shawl Anderson Dance Center in Berkeley, and at Mission Dolores Basilica in San Francisco.

Heather Heise, accompanist for the Alameda Branch, performs throughout the Bay Area.In addition to her work with VOCI (a women's vocal ensemble) and the Mission Dolores Basilica Choir (SF), she accompanies ballet classes at Shawl Anderson and teaches piano at Piedmont Adult School.
