Bill designs and manages long-term and day-to-day employee benefits programs for Jabas Group clients in Southwestern Wisconsin.He specializes in employee benefit plans for mid- to large-size companies, with an emphasis on integrating the total benefits program for health, dental, life and disability to meet corporate strategic objectives.Bill's role in business development is to establish long-term relationships and expand the reputation of Jabas Group as a market leader in benefit consulting throughout Southwestern Wisconsin and Minnesota.

To his clients, Heinz brings 35 years of business management experience with expertise in insurance and hospitality.Prior to joining Jabas Group, he worked at Dean Health Plan where he was a Direct Account Executive and Medicare Supervisor.Heinz was Dean Health Plan's top sales producer in 2001.Having owned his own business and managed employees for over 35 years, he appreciates the challenging employee benefit needs of business owners and managers.
