PRACTICE EMPHASIS:

Andrew's practice emphasizes estate planning, probate, and trusts.In addition, Andrew practices in the areas of business formation, transactions, and general litigation.

OTHER EXPERIENCE:

Prior to joining the firm, Andrew was an associate attorney at Meyer, Fluegge & Tenney, P.S. in Yakima, Washington.

ACTIVITIES:

Andrew serves on the Allied Arts of Yakima Valley Board of Directors, is a member of Yakima's Downtown Rotary, volunteers on the Editorial Board for the Real Property Probate and Trust Section of the Washington State Bar Association, served as Treasurer of the Yakima County Bar Association from 2006-07, and was a member of the United Way of Yakima Community Investment Panel in 2007.

EDUCATION:

Andrew obtained his law degree from the University of Oregon in 2005 and his B.S. from the University of Arizona in 2001.

ADMISSIONS:

Andrew is admitted to the Washington State Bar, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington.

PERSONAL INTERESTS:

Andrew greatly enjoys the outdoors, spending time hiking, biking, fly-fishing, and golfing.

Mr. Heinz was admitted to the Washington Bar in 2005.He attended high-school and lived most of his childhood in Montana.He obtained his bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona in 2001 and his J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2005.While in law school, Mr. Heinz served as Business Editor to the Journal of Environmental Law and Litigation.Mr. Heinz has been involved with the United Way and Served as Treasurer for the Yakima County Bar Association from 2006-2007.EMAIL: heinz@mftlaw.com
