Mr. John Heiny

John Heiny -- District 4Mr. Heiny served in the private sector as District Manager for Equitable Life Assurance Society.Mr. Heiny became a member of the Allen County Welfare Board in 1964 and was appointed Welfare Director for Allen County in 1984, and District Welfare Administrator for 11 counties until his retirement in 1989.In addition, he served during this time as President of American Public Welfare Association of Administrators and President of Indiana Public Welfare Administrators.Mr. Heiny joined the RIPEA Board in 1993.
