Donna Heiny became the Office Assistant for the Williamsport-Lycoming Foundation in September 2003.In her new position, she is responsible for providing a wide range of secretarial and clerical services, and assisting staff with various special projects and events.Prior to coming to the Foundation, Donna acquired more than 20 years in the banking business during which time she honed her interpersonal skills and became an exceptional customer service professional.During her career, Donna has carried the titles of Cash Management Sales Assistant, Operations Team Leader, Administrative Assistant, Administrative Secretary, Accounting and Deposit Services Clerk.She brings a strong background in revenue strategies and a solid understanding of community, skills which are very beneficial to the Foundation and its staff.Her educational background includes a diploma from the American Institute of Banking and coursework in Economics, Accounting and Marketing.She currently serves as a volunteer for the Community Arts Center and has worked with the Williamsport Area High School Band Association in the past.Donna resides in Old Lycoming Township with her husband and two dogs.With two children in college, she spends her free time camping or cross-country snow skiing in Pennsylvania's beautiful outdoors.
