Thibaut Heinrich was Contracts Manager for Mowlem Plc when work was taking place at the RAF Kinloss project.He was the driving force behind the Partnering of the entire project and for establishing the term contract and open book relationship with BAE at Prestwick.He is now the Regional Director for Mowlem Building.

Thibaut is an enthusiastic and innovative manager and believes in promoting an open and honest working relationship between staff, suppliers and clients.

Contract manager Thibaut Heinrich said the company liked to involve the local community and pupils in the construction process as much as possible.

" Health and safety is our highest priority as far as the pupils are concerned and with the help of Mole M, we hope to make this a safe and happy site for both the pupils and the staff," he said.
