Dr. Martin Heinl

Meckenheim, 30th Sptember 1999 - The supervisory board of MOSAIC Software AG has appointed Dr. Martin Heinl as commercial director of the Company with immediate effect as of 1st October.At the same time the Company founder and previously sole director, Assem F. Audi, will be spokesman of the executive board.Following his course of studies in business and management economics and subsequent graduation as doctor of economic and social sciences, Dr. Heinl was management consultant for BDO Deutsche Warentreuhand AG auditing company, and held a top position there from 1993 to June 1999 - since 1998 he has been a partner of the Company.Since July 1999 Dr. Heinl held a post as director of the participations unit at Infomatec AG.With the appointment of the participations and acquisitions expert, Dr. Heinl, as commercial director, MOSAIC SOFTWARE AG underlines its strategy aimed at expansion and growth.
