James F. Heinking

FRANKFORT, ILLINOIS, Sept. 5, 2000 --- James F. Heinking of Schaumburg, Ill., has been named system director, patient financial services for Provena Hospitals, according to Vincent Pryor, chief financial officer.

Previously, Heinking served as director of patient financial and health information services for Provena Saint Joseph Hospital in Elgin, Ill.He served in a similar position at Michael Reese Hospital, Chicago.

He's a member of the Healthcare Finance Management Association, the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management, and chairman of the Committee on Patient Financial Services for the Metropolitan Chicago Healthcare Council.

Provena Health also operates 16 long-term care and residential facilities, more than 30 clinics, and other health-related activities primarily in Illinois.
