An environmental review document will be revised to reflect the changes directed by the City Council, and will be available for public review for 30 days beginning February 10, said Ms. Heineck, the director of community development.
The neighborhood group does not represent everyone, a fact that has raised complaints from at least one Allied Arts resident.
