Tom Heine- Vice President of Sales
As Vice President of Sales, Tom Heine will guide a nationwide sales force and broker network and will be responsible for the sales success of Phillips` full product line on a global scale.The appointment of Heine will allow Phillips to aggressively target multi-unit and chain accounts and increase profitability across all sectors of sales.
For the past 10 years, Heine has worked with Unilever FoodSolutions.He began his career with Unilever in the Philadelphia market and quickly assumed the Area Manager position while earning Most Valuable Player Awards in 1997, 1999, 2000 and 2001.In 2002, Tom became the Mid-Atlantic Regional Manager, responsible for annual territorial sales exceeding $41 million; he earned the Regional Manager of the Year Award in 2004.Since February 2005, he has acted as Manager of Contract Catering/Military USA, with responsibility for military sales on a global level as well as the development of non-commercial foodservice sales domestically.
Heine holds a BS in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island.Previously, he served as Concierge/Assistant Manager of The Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach, Florida and gained several years of restaurant management experience with Ruby Tuesday.
