First Independent Bank has announced the appointment of Tim Heine as vice president and manager of retail banking for First Indy's 23 branches in Southwest Washington

Heine has more than seven years of experience in the banking industry, most recently with Today's Bank, and five years of sales and management experience.An active member of the community, he serves on the Clark County Skills Center Financial Customer Services Advisory Board and is involved with both the Vancouver and Camas chambers of commerce and Vancouver Rotary.Heine received his bachelor's degree in accounting from Edgewood College in Madison, Wis.
