March 3, 2004, Bend, OR - In an effort to maintain strong dealer and customer relations, Ruff Wear, the Bend-based producer of gear For Dogs On The Go®, announced today that it will be adding a new position to the Ruff Wear Team, that of Specialty Pet Account Manager.Brenda Hein, formerly in Customer Service and a Ruff Wear employee since October 2002, eagerly steps up to the plate as Ruff Wear's new in-house specialty pet account liaison.

Ruff Wear is once again proving its commitment to quality and exceptional customer service by appointing Hein to head-up this position.As the Specialty Pet Account Manager, Hein will be in charge of all specialty pet store accounts and will work closely with local-area reps to help with the overall education, communication and supply of Ruff Wear product.
