Mark Heimann to Oversee Vinoy Restaurants
ST.PETERSBURG, FLORIDA - (June 22, 2007) , The Renaissance Vinoy Resort and Golf Club is pleased to announce that Executive Sous Chef Mark Heimann has been named as the new Executive Chef for the award winning resort in St. Petersburg, Florida.
"We are very proud to announce that Mark Heimann has accepted the new position.For over six years, Chef Heimann worked alongside former Executive Chef John Pivar and together their accomplishments were well noted with rave reviews from guests, club members as well as the media," commented the Vinoy's General Manager Russ Bond.

Mark Heimann has worked at the Vinoy for over ten years and will replace John Pivar, who left the resort after a six year award-winning career to open a business in Tampa.
