"It's a skin test," said Dr. Allen Heimann, the Medical Officer of Health for the city of Windsor and the county of Essex in Ontario.

Heimann said passengers were aboard Greyhound bus No. 0367, which left Toronto around 12:30 p.m. with stops in London and Windsor.Detroit was the final destination. Those Detroit-bound passengers also will have to undergo preliminary and follow-up tests for tuberculosis, said a state health department official.

The female passenger, whose identity is not being released, was quarantined at the U.S-Canada border because it was suspected that she was ill.

Heimann said the bus company does not have a passenger list to track passengers down with and that is making it difficult to locate the passengers.
