John Heilman joined the firm in July 2003.Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Heilman worked at Tech Data Corporation, where he negotiated multi-million dollar contracts on behalf of the company.At the firm, Mr. Heilman has focused his practice on the defense of the health care profession, including nursing homes and assisted living facilities.Mr. Heilman is a member of the Florida Bar.

Mr. Heilman simultaneously attended the University of Florida Levin College of Law and the University of Florida Warrington Graduate School of Business in Gainesville, Florida, where Mr. Heilman received both his juris doctor degree and masters of business administration.Mr. Heilman attended the University of Notre Dame where he received a bachelor of arts degree in English, summa cum laude, in1996.Mr. Heilman's personal interests include spending time with his family and basketball.
