Jeremy is interested in implementation of parallel transmission schemes in MRI, such as Transmit SENSE, especially as they pertain to solving high-field B1 homogeneity problems.He is constantly engaged in many top-secret projects that are sure to net him and the University loads of money, so unfortunately he can't go into details.In fact, he's probably said too much already.
Personal Statement:
Jeremy is a PhD student in the Department of Physics at Case Western Reserve University.He completed his Masters degree work in Quantum Computation with Arnold Dahm, and is now pursuing his PhD thesis work with Mark Griswold on the topic of Parallel Transmission.He is a departmental senator in the Graduate Student Senate and sits on the University's Information Resources Committee.In his spare time he enjoys performing vocal music, singing with the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist Choir, the Cleveland Opera Company, and a local barbershop harmony group by the name "The Cleveland Flats."He also enjoys the pursuit of all things nerd, including personal computer and server construction, webpage design, and fiddling with imbedded microcontrollers.
