Forward Sioux Falls, a joint venture of the Sioux Falls Development Foundation and the Sioux Falls Area Chamber of Commerce, wants to build an accelerator, a building designed to nurture start-up technology firms.Forward Sioux Falls also wants to open a new industrial park to accommodate companies that mature and grow out of the subsidized accelerator.
