Roger was born and raised in Kankakee County and graduated from Illinois State University.He has held positions with two Chicago-area health insurance companies and three hospital systems, including serving as Director of Corporate Health at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center in Bloomington, Illinois.
Before joining CIBC in 2003, Roger spent nine years as the Director of Sales for OSF Health Plans in Peoria, with responsibility for the sales and servicing of group health products in a 28-county region.
As CIBC's Regional President, Roger is responsible for all operations in CIBC's Bloomington/Normal office and is primarily focused on expanding CIBC's operations in that area as well as in the Peoria market.
Roger resides in Bloomington with wife Carol and their three children.
He is an active member in the Fellow Academy for Healthcare Managers and Central Illinois Health Underwriters.
