Richard Hee has been named vice president customer service at Island Air.Before joining Island Air in 1990, Hee was the director of sales, Hawaii and South Pacific at Aloha Airlines.He began his career 35 years ago as a junior terminal agent.From there, he held various positions in customer service, commissary and reservations.He holds a Bachelor of Science in management and marketing from Chaminade University.
