Doug Heck has been hired to be senior vice president and consumer loan manager for Arvest Bank on the Fayetteville Square.

Heck has more than 10 years of banking experience, mostly in consumer lending.He began in the banking industry as a personal banker for First State Bank of Austin in Austin, Texas.He then worked as a credit manager and assistant manager for Wells Fargo Financial.During nine years with at Wells Fargo, he had several positions, including store manager, west Texas district manager and Dallas district manager.

Heck earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing from Eastern New Mexico University.He and his wife, Misty, recently moved to Fayetteville from Texas.
