Please join us in congratulating February's MVP James Heath Database Publishing Support Technician James Heath's work ethic, commitment, detail-oriented approach, and can-do attitude have contributed mightily to the improved workflow within the MeisterPro Group.Not only are his technical knowledge and abilities marked, but he is also willing to take the time to work patiently through training and troubleshooting exercises.

James completed a build out of the Handbook database project we launched a few years ago, and brought the crop protection dictionary and Buyers Guide database together for delivery to print, CD, and Web.He redesigned the interface that gives our team access to the upgraded database, and trained the entire team to use this important new tool.

James has mastered Framemaker and Pattern Stream.For the first time since the database was created, this year's Handbook was delivered on time, due in no small part to his preparedness and dogged approach.

James also assumed a number of editorial duties and plays an important role in the continuous updating process we implemented last year.
