SPENCER - The funeral will be Thursday for James Jake Heath Jr. , 85 , Magnolia Gardens , who died Sunday ( Aug..19 , 2001 ) at the nursing facility.

Born July 7 , 1916 , in Union County , Mr. Heath was a son of the late Isonia Heath Massey.He attended Dunbar High School , East Spencer.He retired from Duke Power Co. , Buck Steam Plant and was a member of the North Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses.
