Nelson Hay received a Master in Business Administration degree from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration, with an emphasis on management of new enterprises.He began his career as a financial and capital investment analyst with a large, multi-national corporation.He subsequently had 30 years of management experience in both startup and established organizations ranging in size from 4 to 900 employees and in annual revenues from $1 million to over $100 million.In his last position he was President and owner of a small international consulting firm based in the Washington, D.C. area.
