  Joan G. Haworth, Ph.D. will speak on the use of statistical analysis to analyze potential discrimination in compensation and the role of statistics in the OFCCP's recently issued guidelines and standards.Dr. Haworth's presentation, entitled "Compensation Analysis - Liabilities and Assets," highlights the decision models used by labor economists and statisticians to analyze compensation, as well as the appropriate use of multiple regression analysis in such studies.She will participate in a panel discussion of these topics along with nationally recognized attorneys at the ABA National Conference on Equal Employment Opportunity Law, March 21-24, in Charleston, South Carolina.
