As Vice President of Client Services and Marketing, Jeanne works with the property management department on a variety of special projects, as well as daily operations.She communicates with clients, vendors, resident managers, tenants and other staff members to resolve unusual issues and accomplish tasks and goals.Jeanne also plans and organizes our quarterly Resident Manager Seminars.

Originally hired as Marketing Director for the company, Jeanne design ads, brochures and direct mail pieces, and meets with prospective clients who are interested in property management services.

Jeanne has been with David N. Schultz, Inc. since December of 2001.She has over twenty years of professional experience in marketing, with two years in commercial real estate prior to her employment with David N. Schultz, Inc.Born and raised in Iowa, she has her bachelor's degree in marketing from Drake University in Des Moines, and has been a resident of Glendale since 1983.
