  James F. Haworth Elected New President, CEO of JJI Lighting Group, Inc.
  
  Greenwich, Connecticut, January, 2002 , The Board of Directors of the JJI Lighting Group, Inc. announced today the election of James F. Haworth as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.He immediately replaces Richard J. Crossland, who has resigned to pursue other interests.
  
  Mr. Haworth joined JJI Lighting Group's Alkco Lighting division in January, 1993.He held several progressive management positions at Alkco culminating in Vice President, General Manager.Most recently, he has served as Group Vice President for JJI's Indoor Lighting Group, which includes Alkco Lighting, Guth Lighting, HighLites, Inc., Morlite Systems, Inc., Specialty Lighting and Vista Lighting.
  
  Following his election, Mr. Haworth commented: "The JJI Lighting Group of today is in a competitively superior position to serve the needs of the specification lighting industry.I anticipate working closely with the entire spectrum of the JJI team to enhance our products and services to this ever more demanding market.Our network of professional independent sales agents, backed by JJI factory specialists and the Company's focus on providing the market with innovative products, will ensure an increasingly successful future for our organization."
  
  Mr. Haworth is a graduate of the Loyola University School of Business in Chicago, a CPA, and earned an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
