  Prior to joining BBNC, Mr. Hawkins worked for the Alaska Department of Natural Resources first as the Director of the Division of Lands and then as Deputy Commissioner. Mr. Hawkins also spent several years in Dillingham as Land Manager and then Chief Executive Officer of the village corporation, Choggiung Limited.

  Company officials said that during Hawkins' tenure, the company gained 26 subsidiaries and many were launched or acquired with Hawkins' guidance.
