WALTHAM -- Dorothy M. (Gorman) Hartman, 93, of Waltham, died Thursday, Sept. 1, 2005, at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester.

She was the wife of the late Frederick G. Hartman.

Born in Boston, she was the daughter of the late Charles H. and May E. (Angwin) Gorman.She was a graduate of Jamaica Plain High School.She was a parishioner at Saint Mary's Church and was a member of Saint Mary's Sodality, as well as the mothers club.

Mrs. Hartman worked for more than 20 years as a bookkeeper for the Department of Social Services until her retirement.
