Hartley, president of Hartley Erectors, will join Triumph Modular as Vice President of Operations to oversee all of the company"s divisions, including temporary and permanent modular construction, as well as office trailer, storage and road trailer products.Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.In announcing the acquisition, Triumph president Cliff Cort cited the broad scope of services that Hartley brings to Triumph."We are now the only commercial modular construction company in New England that can provide full turnkey services in-house," noted Cort."This presents a decided advantage in terms of cost containment, scheduling and quality control."J.R.
