What do you think makes a person a good leader?The qualities of good leaders include integrity, unselfishness and fairness.Leaders are focused on meeting the goals of an organization and can quickly adjust to changing conditions without compromising firm objectives.Leaders provide many ways for their team members to meet their professional and personal goals which include identifying resources to complete work efficiently and eliminate obstacles that delay work progress.
