At the Stanton City Council meeting held on Tuesday, January 13, 2004, Deputy Terry Hart of Stanton Police Services was commended by Stanton Mayor Al Ethans and the entire Stanton City Council, as the 2003 Stanton Deputy of the Year.

Assistant Sheriff Jaramillo, Captain Eason, other members of the department and Susan, his wife of 28 years, were on hand to honor Terry for his 20 years of dedicated service to the city of Stanton.

In addition to working his regular patrol schedule in the city, Terry is also the Outreach Director of Peace Officers for Christ International (POFCI) and travels around the Nation and world training his fellow peace officers in Arrest Control Techniques.

For his dedication to the Orange County Sheriff's Department and the city of Stanton, and for his continued dedication to volunteerism and service of his fellow officers, we congratulate Deputy Hart on a job well done!

Peace Officers for Christ Training in Baja: I was introduced to Terry Hart the director of Peace (Police) Officers for Christ International.
