He has worked in HR at regional, SHA and local level in Oxford, Bristol and the Isle of Wight. His most recent post was as Director of HR and Organisational Development for Oxfordshire Community Health NHS Trust. He left Oxford to join the Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Trust in May 1997. Terence is particularly interested in Employment Law, leadership and transformational Organisational Development.
