Paul Hart

PAUL Hart has been appointed as cellar door manager for the Kamberra Wine Tourism Complex.He succeeds Karrie-Anne Lawson.His experience includes restaurant manager in Alice Springs, convention service manager, and food and beverage manager in the hotel industry.He's also been a TAFE hospitality lecturer, which included cellar door sales training for employees from wineries along the Limestone Coast.Karrie-Anne held the position for two years, and will soon start in a management position with Apis Consulting in Canberra, where she will be responsible for events and marketing.

About Us - Paul Hart

Paul was born in Canada but has spent most of his life in Australia.He has a long background in Hospitality and Training being an accredited trainer since 1996.Paul worked for Regent & Sheraton Hotel groups and many privately run hospitality businesses.This has provided the opportunity to deal with a great range of business situations and individuals.

Prior to coming back to Alice Springs in August 2004, Paul was employed by TAFE in Mount Gambier, South Australia as the principal Hospitality Lecturer for the South East.Courses and clients included Fee for Service, Government sponsored and High School students as well as Full Time students.Paul has received awards for Customer Service in hospitality.

Paul has the following qualifications:

Certificate 4 in Assessment & Workplace Training Certificate 4 Hospitality Operations Bachelor of Education - Adult & Vocational Education - current studies

Having a good grounding in the knowledge of Training Packages and innovative training methods, as well as small business experience helps Paul understand the training requirements and needs of the small business operator.Hence Paul is a very much-welcomed addition to our family, commencing as Regional Manager (Alice Springs) in March 2005.
