Prior to Encompys, Mr. Hart was Executive Vice President at Appian Bridge Corporation.At Appian, he oversaw the company's financial matters, as well as, corporate development, capital markets funding, and legal and corporate governance.

Before Appian, Mr. Hart was Executive Vice President of Espernet.com, a consolidator and operator of Internet Service Providers that he founded.Mr. Hart also enjoyed a successful career as an attorney at RJR Nabisco and in private practice.

He earned his bachelor's degree at Fordham University, and was awarded his Juris Doctor degree from The Boston College Law School.
