With over 25 years of power industry experience, Mr. Hart's background includes senior positions in energy and environmental management and government affairs.His knowledge and experience combines strategic and regulatory issues, as well as technical and operational aspects of power plants.

John was the manager of Environmental, Governmental and Owner Relations for the Seabrook Station Nuclear Power Plant. and advises on nuclear decommissioning, environmental compliance and power plant design and construction.He has testified before the state regulators, legislative committees, the NRC, and other agencies.

John has been a Consultant to Accion Group for over three years.
