  There has been a drastic increase in the past few years of companies that develop online learning programs, which has driven down prices and hurt software companies, said Joe Hart, president and CEO of Troy-based InfoAlly Inc.
  
  InfoAlly develops Web-based business training software and has developed custom programs for the McGraw-Hill Cos. and Dale Carnegie & Associates Inc.Still, much of the company's business comes from off-the-shelf product sales, Hart said.

  Mr. Hart said that, if his company proceeds with a new mall, it would likely resemble Taubman's Great Lakes Crossing in Auburn Hills, Mich., with more than 200 stores.
