  This is his second stint with the team; he served as an account executive during the 1998 season.Prior to a promotion to his current role, Joe served as the Sounds' Director of Sales.
  
  Joe has compiled a lengthy tenure in minor league baseball, previously serving eight years for the Buffalo Bisons, Rio Grande Valley Whitewings, Fresno Grizzlies, and Nashville Sounds.His duties over that span have included the positions of account executive, director of food & beverage, and director of sales.
  
  He most recently served as general manager of the Fresno Grizzlies in 2000-2001 and was instrumental in the planning of their new ballpark (Grizzlies Stadium), which opened during the 2002 season.
