Joe joined DBA in 2002.He was intrigued by the challenge of developing a direct sales and support system leveraging the power of the internet.He has been instrumental in setting up and implementing the DBA online support center.His efforts were featured in the Parature Help Desk Software July 2004 Newsletter (http://www.parature.com/paratrooper/joehart.aspx).Joe has a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado and a B.S. in Economics from University of California at Irvine.

The Austin operation is managed by another Hart family member, Joe Hart.
