Claire, a prescribing support technician for the Greater Peterborough Primary Care Partnership (GPPCP), said: "We did give up for five months, but because all our friends smoked we found it hard to stick to it.One day we were out with friends in Cambridge and they were smoking.We said we would have just one, but before we knew it we were back smoking again."
Claire also gave up when she was pregnant with both of her children.But as soon as they were born she started again.
She said: "It was difficult not too when I had a screaming baby to look after."
However, just before Christmas both Claire and Jonathan decided they wanted to quit.
Claire said: "Smoking is no longer socially acceptable, and none of my friends smoke now.
