Cindy has more than fourteen years of experience in distance education and is Coordinator of Distance Learning at West Virginia University where she graduated from of the College of Human Resources and Education with an MA in Technology Education.Additionally, she is adjunct instructor teaching technology courses.She received her BA from Fairmont State College (now University).Cindy handles all aspect of E-Learning including program development, student recruiting, marketing and administration, and she has been instrumental in increasing courses and programs delivered via distance education.She serves on numerous technology committees at WVU and at the state level.
