Cindy Hart, Snohomish County deputy director of facilities management, has been named interim director of the county's Human Services Department.She was hired this year by the county after a 12-year career with Intermec Technologies, where she worked as senior manager of employee services.

Well, it's about as relevant as the experience of new interim director Cindy Hart in human resources and facilities management is to running a large, multi-service Human Services Department.

"The benefit of the program is the multitude of services that are offered," said Cindy Hart, the county's interim Human Services director.
