A. Christian Hart is a Founder and Managing Members of Community Builders Group LLC.Previously, he spent two years with SunAmerica Affordable Housing Partners Inc. (SAHP) and has more than 15 years of overall experience in real estate finance and development.

While at SAHP, Mr. Hart oversaw each phase of the project and performed analyses of projected financial structures, operating budgets, construction budgets, construction plans, architectural site inspections, consultant recommendations, market demand, market competition, entitlements, zoning, project lease-up and tenant stabilization.

Before joining SAHP, Mr. Hart was a Senior Associate at Ernst & Young Kenneth Leventhal and Company in the Real Estate Consulting Services Group.His responsibilities included analyzing RTC portfolios for syndication and disposition in the private sector.In addition, Mr. Hart participated in analyzing workout transactions and repositioning real estate investment portfolios throughout the country.

Prior to that, he was Project Coordinator in construction services for Pacific Property Management, a commercial developer specializing in large-scale commercial rehabilitation projects in Hawaii.

Mr. Hart holds a bachelor's degree with an emphasis in history from the University of Southern California, an MBA with an emphasis in real estate finance from the University of Hawaii and a law degree from Whittier Law School.Mr. Hart is happily married and has two children.He lives in Altadena, California, where he is active in his church, coaching his children's sports teams, local politics and volunteering at his children's school.
